Moshe Benabou: Justin Bieber’s Bodyguard Sues Him for PUNCH

Meet Moshe Benabou, this guys is not someone that you likely want to hire as a bodyguard. He is suing Justin Bieber for punching him. Bwaaa! This guys is hired to protect people like Biebs from rabid fans that will do anything to get to their love trinket…. And he can’t take a punch fro 130 lb (dripping wet) Bieber? Moshe is saying that during a disagreement on how to treat Justin’s entourage, he “berated and hit him.’ He is now seeking $421,261 in unpaid overtime, vacation and unspecified damages for assault and battery. But of course Justin’s PR team is on it – saying that the ex-bodyguard is a “disgruntled employee looking for money” and his allegations are “absurd.” He is just bitter because he was fired for fabricating his qualifications, including claiming that he worked with Justin Timberlake in the past. “For nearly two years Mr. Benabou devoted himself completely to ensuring Mr. Bieber’s personal safety,” Benabou’s attorney, Ilan Heimanson, wrote in a statement. “Mr. Benabou deserved, as does any employee, to be treated with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law.
