Closing out the work week with yet another stop oh their ambitious European press tour, the stars of “The Amazing Spider-Man” took over the spotlight in Rome on Friday evening (June 22).
Suiting up for the Adriano Cinema held Italian premiere was Peter Parker/Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield, who was joined on the red carpet by his Bottega Veneta clad co-star/girlfriend Emma Stone, as well as fellow castmate Rhys Ifans.
As for the latest installment from the comic book franchise, "The Amazing Spider-Man" sees "Peter Parker find a clue that might help him understand why his parents disappeared when he was young. His path puts him on a collision course with Dr. Curt Connors, his father's former partner."
The Marc Webb directed film is set to open in theaters on July 3 while also staring Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.
