Getting the weekend underway by celebrating with her loved ones, Rihanna was busy doting on her grandma during a fun-filled family birthday bash in New York City on Friday (March 16).
"Me and gran gran Dolly gonna celebrate tonight! Happy burrday gyal!!!! 1Love," RiRi wrote of the celebratory plans in store for her grandmother, Clara 'Dolly' Brathwaite,
The Barbadian beauty gave her Twitter followers an inside look at the festivities, as she posted a full range of photos with the first shot showing her cooking up some tasty cuisine, as she wrote, “Iz bare cook up in hey gyal”
The 24-year-old also tweeted shots of herself getting kisses from both grandparents with an attached message reading, "Kisses don't lie"
One of the funnier moments came thanks to Rihanna's granddad questioning her always-changing look, as she recapped his comment by tweeting, "My GranDad: Robyn how ya is get hair from red to cream to black??? Cuz ya don't carry wigs!!! Ya does wash it out?! ME: ROTFL (no words)"
Once finished up with the birthday party happenings, the "We Found Love" singer swapped into a sexier sheer ensemble and headed out to the club scene to close out what was certainly an eventful night in NYC.
